Michelle Borders is an experienced keynote speaker and presenter who has delivered talks for nonprofits, business leaders, educators, and community organizations across Southwest Florida and beyond. Her speaking highlights include Disrupt HR Naples, the Collier County Volunteers Luncheon (Keynote), Naples Speakers, The New You and Spring Awakening events, NAMI of Collier County, Leadership Collier, and multiple engagements with The Naples Chamber. Michelle is also a Toastmasters District 48 Humorous Speech Contest winner and has appeared on the Confident Entrepreneur podcast. Her signature talks focus on mental health, sleep, resilience and humor.

An active participant in the Naples Chamber, Michelle was recognized as Ambassador of the Year in 2019. She completed their leadership programs—Growing Associates in Naples in 2012 and Leadership Collier in 2014.

Since 2015, she has overseen the Youth Leadership Collier Application Evaluators. Holding the position of Chair of the Small Business Council since May 2018, she joined the Chamber Board of Directors in 2019. In 2023, she chaired the membership committee for their Strategic Planning and contributed to their Executive Search Team for their President.

Michelle holds the distinction of being the first worldwide support person for Clusterbusters.org, providing support to caregivers and supporters of cluster headache survivors. Her commitment to mentoring shines through her guidance of 14 students in the Champions for Learning Program and Grace Place. Married to Kevin since 1992, Michelle and her husband share two adult children and a Springer Spaniel named Shirley. They enjoy spending their free time boating.
