Michelle Borders is an award‑winning keynote speaker, business leader, and mental health advocate who has delivered keynotes, panels, and signature talks for nonprofits, business leaders, educators, and community organizations across Southwest Florida and beyond. Her work spans regional and national platforms, including DisruptHR Naples, the American Business Women’s Association Regional Meeting, the Collier County Volunteers Luncheon, and the Entrepreneurs Business Summit, where she moderated a panel for SCORE.

Known for engaging audiences with authenticity and humor, Michelle has spoken at chamber events, leadership programs, and community organizations including NAMI of Collier County, Grace Place, and Leadership Collier, as well as private school and corporate audiences. She is a District 48 Toastmasters Humorous Speech Contest winner and has been featured on The Confident Entrepreneur podcast. Her signature talks focus on mental health, sleep, resilience, and the power of humor to inspire real change.

An active leader within the Naples Chamber, Michelle is a former Ambassador of the Year, Chair of the Small Business Council, and current Chamber Board member. She is also the first worldwide support person for Clusterbusters.org and is deeply committed to mentoring through programs such as Champions for Learning and Grace Place.

Married to Kevin since 1992, Michelle and her husband share two adult children and a Springer Spaniel named Shirley. They enjoy spending their free time boating.
